My first time here, service was great. Came for an oil change but they checked out my vehicle and found no problems. Very comforting to know my truck would not cause me a problem and showed they were not making up problems.

Robert willing to work me in on short notice for a pre-purchase inspection. He was extremely thorough, spending several hours. He did find a few issues with the suspension on the 2016 F250 I was looking at, which I took to the dealer I was purchasing from. The dealer's mechanic agreed with some but not all of the issues found. With Robert's permission, I had him accompany me back to SVP where Robert explained and demonstrated the issue. The dealer's mechanic then understood the assessment and agreed to fix all issues. No acrimony at all; both Robert and the dealer's mechanic were very professional. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

I’ve been working with Robert and his team for a year now, mostly on my Jeep XJ and Land Rover Defender, which they have done extensive suspension and steering work on. They are extremely knowledgeable, fantastic communicators and consummate professionals in every way. They've found and fixed a number of things that other garages did badly, and always on great timelines at very reasonable prices. I’m really glad I found them and will continue taking all of my vehicles there.

I towed my car to Robert's shop after it died on me while on the road. It was my first time there and Alejandro and Robert were both very patient and professional with me. I had a big decision to make regarding my repairs and I felt they were very objective in telling me the issues, needs, and costs. In my first experience at Silicon Valley Performance, I found Robert - the owner - to be completely transparent and honest, great attributes for an auto shop owner. After Robert and his crew aligned my RAM 4x4, the truck still didn't track well. They invested some significant time diagnosing the issue, which ultimately pointed to one of the tires as the root cause. No fault of the team or their equipment, yet Robert didn't charge for the added time - just the basic cost of the alignment. I don't normally write reviews, but my experience in this shop was terrific, and I appreciated Robert's approach to building his business. Thank you all.
