People worry about shops taking more money than the customer needs to spend for the shops benefit. This is not one of those...Bobby was very transparent from start to finish, gave me a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle even though we both knew I would only be wanting and needing the work done in the realm of a suspension and wheel inspection. From the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up, Bobby communicated with me every update every step of the way with ease. I ended up paying more than I was expecting but was completely satisfied with Bobby and Silicon Valley performance. I don't know too much about cars but I know this place worked on my terms, within my willing budget, and only with my needs in mind. They completed the work quickly and efficiently fixing high safety risks and what absolutely needed to be addressed on my vehicle. I felt comfortable here.
