Silicon Valley Performance lives up to its name. It’s my first time but I’m sure glad I brought my car here for servicing. They did topnotch brake service at a reasonable cost on my Audi Q5. Kudos to Bob, the shop manager for his efficient communication and transparency from providing the quotes to sending updates on the service status. I liked that they have an online platform to receive and approve quotes. Also, the owner Robert is great! Besides giving discounts, he was very kind to deliver the car to my house since he lives close by. That is time and money saved. Talk about customer service! Will definitely recommend.

5 stars for consistency. SVP is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. During these COVID times they have picked up and dropped off my car from/to my home. That is deeply appreciated. They call me before they do anything and tell me why they recommend it, giving me the final say as to whether or not I want the work done. They've updated their system and I can now view pictures of what they found online before I make my decision. We can also pay online now too. This is a car service that can be trusted.

My first time here, service was great. Came for an oil change but they checked out my vehicle and found no problems. Very comforting to know my truck would not cause me a problem and showed they were not making up problems.
